Leaders Planning Day

We cordially invite all leaders to join us at this event, where we will collaborate to outline our activities for the upcoming year.

This is a shared lunch.

Review of current activities

Set upcoming events and activities

• Present a list of upcoming events and activities.
• Discuss their significance and potential impact on the congregation.

Event scheduling

• Set dates and times for each planned event or activity.
• Consider holidays, special CFCA occasions, and community events.

Activity planning

• Break down each event/activity into details.
• Discuss the purpose, goals, and expected outcomes.
• Determine the necessary resources, including volunteers, materials, and budget.

CLP and outreach

• Plan strategies to reach out to the wider community and attract new members.
• Consider outreach events or programs.
